That this has become the latest version of 'puppy mills' and has created lot's of problems with health, registration, etc. Be sure to deal with a breeder directly; know their qualifications, their club memberships, their guarantees, and all applicable information needed to register with the American Kennel Club Importing puppies for the sole purpose of resale is a broker.
